Introducing Do It Anyway! The Single Mom’s Guide to Living Life and Achieving Her Goals by Kaywanda Lamb

[Dallas, TX], [December 14, 2015]: Educator, Single Mom, and Single Mom Coach Kaywanda Lamb announces the release of her first book, Do It Anyway: The Single Mom’s Guide to Living Life and Achieving Her Goals on December 22, 2015 online and worldwide. Kaywanda has written the quintessential book for navigating life as a single mom. In her new book, she lists 12 steps for single moms to follow to break through the usual confines of single parenting and into their purpose in and outside of the home. With this new book, single moms will learn how to heal from past hurts, find supporters for them and their children, pursue their purpose, reconnect with their kids and learn to find love again. Kaywanda has been called a “Clarity Catalyst” by the single moms she coaches. She uses her 4 step system “Happy, Healthy, Whole, and Healed” coupled with Biblical principles to guide women through a healing process and a mindset shift to see that they, too, can Do It Anyway!

“Do It Anyway! is life coaching in a book.” Lamb says. “I sat down to write this book to help women heal and then show them how to soar. Using my own experiences and those of women I’ve met and coached, I teach single moms in the trenches how to overcome past hurts, obstacles, and even parenting challenges and how to live NOW,” Lamb explains. “Do It Anyway simply means when you are confronted with challenges, hurts and pains, you choose to overcome them all.” Lamb says.

Lamb is best known as a single parenting blogger, educator, speaker, event host and passionate advocate for better families. She runs a private coaching practice and a mastermind group for single moms, and also creates resources to help single moms become better parents to their children. Lamb can be found blogging and writing weekly at KaywandaLamb.com and collaborating with other men and women passionate about personal transformation and living their best lives NOW.
